Our Return Policy
The Garden shop only accepts returns for in stock items. All custom-made items, special orders, opened items or items returned without original packaging are non-refundable unless damaged or defective upon delivery.
Returns requests are accepted within 7 days of receipt of your order. All returns must be approved in advance by The Garden Shop Items must be returned in original and unused condition with original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless items are damaged or defective, and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges will incur additional shipping charges. Returns are not accepted after 7 days from receipt of order at your shipping address.
