Our Delivery Policy
In-stock Orders are fulfilled within 7-10 business days.
Custom-made Orders are fulfilled according to individual production time which is stated on the product description page.
Delivery cost quoted after order, and included on your order’s final balance.
Our team will closely monitor delivery organized by The Garden shop and keep you informed of its progress.

Our Return Policy
The Garden shop only accepts returns for in stock items. All custom-made items, special orders, opened items or items returned without original packaging are non-refundable unless damaged or defective upon delivery.
Returns requests are accepted within 7 days of receipt of your order. All returns must be approved in advance by The Garden Shop Items must be returned in original and unused condition with original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless items are damaged or defective, and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges will incur additional shipping charges. Returns are not accepted after 7 days from receipt of order at your shipping address.
Please e-mail us at hello@gardenshopegypt.comInclude your order number, the item/s for return, and reason for return. Once approved, we will issue a refund in the same method of payment.
If your payment was made cash on delivery please allow up to 7 working days for cash refund. Please note, due to bank policies, you may receive credit card refund within 14 days.
Please note, to complete your return, we require receipt or proof of purchase.
